I don't understand all the negative reviews! I just came on the website and was shocked! This is an absolute treat, I use it before dates or for at home spa nights. The smell is delicious and works great for making my sensitive skin smooth. Yes, the scrub leaves a little mess in your shower but so does every scrub out there, just wash it down :)

I should have listened to the other reviews. I understood it would be different, as it’s an “exfoliating” body wash, but it completely misses the mark. The only remotely similar characteristic is the scent. Otherwise, I found it to be entirely ineffective. It does not lather, at all. I used about 1/4 of the bottle in one wash just trying to get the product to lather on the loofah. The exfoliating beads do wind up around the shower area, but that doesn’t bother me as much as this product just not doing anything - it doesn’t even feel like you’re putting anything on to wash yourself. I’m shocked this made it past any kind of QC or consumer testing. Hopefully there’s a revision or just go back to the tried and true body wash you had before. What a waste.

If I could give this NO Stars I would. There is no lather to this body wash. Calling it an exfoliant is a laugh. The scent is off. I have been a customer of Laura Mercier for 20+ years and am completely disappointed with this over priced garbage.

Love the fragrance don't love the product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells heavenly, however it's very hard to get out of the tube and the particles stick to everything in the shower. I'm just using as a hand wash, it's not made to use as a body wash.
