This blotting paper is infused with a highly effective, oil-absorbing active ingredient to eliminate shine and freshen the skin in an instant.

The Oil-Control Blotting Papers have an exclusive Shiseido powder technology. The porosity allows the sheets to absorb sebum and keep the skin fresh and clear.

The powder's spherical particles diffuse light and shrink the appearance of pores, giving skin a smoother appearance.

Directions for use
Apply the powder-coated side of the paper to the skin. Repeat as often as needed.
Formula
The Oil-Control Blotting Paper wipes are equipped with a specific Shiseido technology: an exclusive powder that absorbs the sebum thanks to its porous consistency and allows the skin to remain fresh and clean. The spherical particles of this powder diffuse the light and reduce the visibility of the pores to give the skin a smoother appearance.

Kaolin, Zinc Oxide, Polysorbate 80, Cellulose Gum, Trisodium Edta, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Fragrance, Iron Oxides (Ci 77491), Butylene Glycol, Water, Citronellol, Linalool, Limonene, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract).

Rated 5 out of 5 by emherb from Great For Oily Skin These are the best oil blotting papers!! Not only does it absorb excess oil, it also has a layer of powder on the sheets that helps to mattify the skin. I only need one sheet for my whole face. Kinda pricey, but in my opinion they’re worth it.

I like having these in my bag for a quick blot during the day when I'm on the go. I don't love the flap over packaging, but it's not enough to deter me from buying again. Just wish there was a better way to package them so they don't get wrinkled.
