Directions for use
Place a cotton pad soaked in product on the eye and let the lashes soak in, without rubbing. Pass a tissue to dry. -

Absolutely the best eye makeup remover. Also great for first step cleansing of full face makeup. I have to apply waterproof mascara on top of regular mascara or I will look like I've been crying due to allergies. I've tried many dozen eye makeup removers and for the price point this is the best.

I love this makeup remover, but the container sucks. At best, I get halfway through the bottle, and the pump stops working. it's not just a one off, it happens with every bottle.

I ended up throwing away a 3/4 full bottle. It gets the makeup off good, BUT it burns my eyes and eyelids. It sat on my counter for 10 months. I’m not sure which ingredient is the culprit, but it was not pleasant.

the way I use this amazing makeup remover is, first, wash my have with favorite makeup remover, an oil version. After that, I pumped in a cotton pad, and this removed every trace of waterproof makeup.
