An ancient Indian hair secret, this cult-favorite pre-wash root treatment oil includes strengthening ashwagandha for a healthier-looking and beautiful mane.The HoliRoots Hair Oil is an active blend of holistic plant roots, such as Indian adaptogen ashwagandha, to strengthen the scalp and roots. The lightweight texture is formulated for all hair types including colored hair.Vegan, Cruelty-free and formulated without silicones Part dry hair and Fill dropper with desired amount of oil and rub between palms.
Apply oil to scalp and hair. Massage into roots, focusing on the crown.
Leave on for at least five minutes or overnight for best results.Rinse well with lukewarm water before cleansing with the HoliRoots™ Shampoo (sold separately).

I read the reviews prior to purchasing--a majority of them were great but I did notice several people commenting how it made their hair fall out. My hair is quite healthy and resilient so I generally ignore those reviews as I've never had that happen to me with any hair product. I used it exactly as directed on the bottle and I was so alarmed at the amount of hair I lost from this product when washing my hair. Hair fall while shampooing & conditioning is normal for me especially as I detangle, but I was alarmed that it looked like I was taking extensions out of my hair in the shower. My hair was coming out in chunks. The instructions advise to leave it on overnight, which is what I did but after all that hair fall I decided to give it another chance by leaving it on for a lesser amount of time. I unfortunately still had the same results with my hair falling out. My hair did feel pretty soft once it was dry but the amount of hair I lost is not worth that at all. I gave it 3 tries to give it a fair chance but ended up returning this.

You can imagine how stressed and dry my hair is. Im so lucky to have gotten to use this product. My hair is reaping the rewards of soothing scalp and hydrated roots! My hairs consistency is almost natural and it’s lasting way after the use of the oil. Nothing but good things to say about this!
