Directions for use
For the bath, pour a little product into the tub and run the water.
First massage yourself with the foam while inhaling the beneficial aromatic vapours.
For the shower, use the herbal bath on a sponge.
The ideal temperature for a bath or shower is 37°C. Water that is too hot promotes skin distension.
Finish with a cool shower at 20°C to tone the skin.
