I bought it because I was going to be traveling and my absolute makeup remover is Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water For Waterproof Makeup but I was afraid the bottle would spill. I should’ve just risked it instead of buying this Clinique balm which also made me breakout. Returning this as soon as I get back home!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle but effective This was a little hard and therefore difficult to scoop out, but I think it was because my house is cold! Once I scooped it out, it softened in my fingers and I was able to apply it. It went on smoothly and felt comfortable on my skin. I wiped it off with a tissue then used clarifying lotions and didn't feel any tightness.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Am I using this wrong? Got to try out for easy face and eye makeup removal and it burned my eyes, made me temporarily lose my vision and it took forever to fully get rid of the blurry vision. Scary stuff. I gave it a second shot and same thing. I’ll never use it again.

While it definitely removed the aforementioned eye makeup, it also left my eyes burning for hours, even after washing my face twice. I'm kind of afraid to try it again after such a long and unpleasant reaction.
