    How To Use ?
    Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush into Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, being sure to coat both sides of the brush.
    Wipe off any excess on a tissue.
    Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer eye corner.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best I've been using this for over a decade. No brand comes close. Smooth application and vibrant matt cover. I use it with Sephora's pro eyeliner brush 23. Does dry out if you leave it uncapped during each use (that is what its designed to do after all) so the trick is to keep the bottle placed upside down on the counter while applying. Sometimes I use a tissue to swipe out the top layer and then its ok for use again. I wish they would bring bag the gorgeous blue and ivy green shades though.
