Too thick. Leaves hair greasy

I was excited about trying a new oil. It’s very thick though. Weighs my hair down and makes it feel like I need to wash it again. Tried it on wet hair and dry hair did not work . I would not recommend.

Awesome product makes hair so soft and repaired

Love this! Gives my hair softness and elasticity! Hair feels totally repaired and my normally wavy fine hair is much more curly and bouncy. I personally love the smell. I only use 2 drops of each side of my hair and work it into my damp hair after the shower. Big bottle that will last a long time. Works awesome.

Try Another Hair Oil

I wish I could like this product but it’s just way too heavy for hair. I added a small drop to the very ends of my hair and it made it very greasy. I like the bottle but other than that it’s not a product I’d recommend.

Great Treatment, Not Daily

Fine, but dense hair ( a lot of it ) too heavy for daily use ( made me look oily ) but great as a hair treatment on mids and ends before showering. I live the smell, very sandalwood/citrus. Prob wont buy again but glad I find a good use for it.

Great product for thick hair

This oil smells divine and it its very nourishing. I found it too heavy as a leave in for my fine wavy hair. I smooth it on my mid-length to ends over ight before i shower, and it leaves my hair smooth and much less frizzy after I shower.

My first time trying Fable and Mane. I have found that using this particular hair oil makes my fine hair greasy. But...it works really well when I put some on before getting into the pool. When my hair would dry it was so soft and luscious. Not my normal dry pool hair. So I have definitely found a use for it.

Great product but dangerous bottle design

I have to start by saying that the smell of Fable & Mane’s Smooth and Shine Hair Oil is absolutely amazing. It's one of the best-scented hair oils I've ever tried. I’ve always been skeptical about hair oils, feeling that they don’t actually make a difference for my hair. However, this product has changed my mind. It's been one of the only hair oils that truly feels like it’s doing something beneficial for my hair. My hair looks shinier and feels smoother after using it. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is due to the bottle design. The gold part of the cap is extremely sharp. The first time I tried to open it, I cut my hand deeply. Today, I almost cut my hand again despite being extra careful because of the previous incident. Whoever designed this needs to address the sharp edge issue to make it safer to use. It’s a great product, but the packaging needs improvement to prevent injuries.

Smells really bad…

It said smells good but not for me. I hate the smells and texture.

you can try to pry this from my hands but goodluck

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! keeps my hair smelling and looking beautiful but doesn't weigh it down compared to other products I've tried! also remember a little goes a super long way!!

Smells Heavenly

I'm giving 5 stars for the smell alone... it's heavenly. A little goes a long way so you need to be mindful of how much you put on otherwise it will look heavy. I'm happy to rub the extra into my cuticles.
