Directions for use

Once a day, divide hair, wet or dry, into sections, lift and spray 1 or 2 sprays directly onto scalp. Massage gently to make the product penetrate, do not rinse.

Less hair is falling too and the smell is not as horrible as every other comment seems to say. Its bearable and doesnt stink, i think some people must be dousing their hair in this if they are complaining… its fine
