Directions for use
Slide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. For a smoky effect, blend immediately with the Precision Definition Eyeshadow Brush 220 or your fingertip.
Bring out the tip by twisting if necessary. The pencil does not retract. For optimal use, always close the cap carefully.
