How to use
The eye pencil can be used around the eyes in liner, inside the eye in kohl or even blended all over the eyelid.
Draw a line by stretching the texture of the inner corner, towards the external angle on the upper eyelid. Using the tip, blend, stretch, or blur the line according to your desires. For an intense and deep gaze, apply the kohl pencil inside the eye. -
